Wartburgstrasse is part of the Waller Heerstrasse upgrade area. The aim of the reconstruction work in Wartburgstrasse is to make the road a more pleasant place to spend time in and safer to travel along. Wartburgstrasse is one of the main routes through Walle and borders Wartburgplatz, a square on which a market is held three days a week.
