The project aims to improve the employability of people in work by helping companies to organise themselves in a way which enables people to reconcile work and family life better. The service is aimed at small and medium-sized firms and at all employees with family commitments. The project is being run in co-operation with the Bremen Employees Chamber, the Central Agency for the Achievement of Equal Rights for Women and the Evangelical Church in Bremen.
